I am trying to lose more fat.
    1. Is it okay to eat a lot or carbs and burn fat provided you make a calorie deficit. I have lost 4stone up to now and would like to lose another 2, I am on a moderately high carb diet but moderately low cal and I exercise a lot. Is there a more efficient weigh of losing weight?
    2. Breakfast, good or bad when losing fat? I tend to binge eat so I'm going to start eating breakfast.
    3. For a more efficient fat burning workout do you eat before or after the gym?

    1. Carbs in moderation are fine. You don't want to go over-board. Carbs before working out should be okay because you'll burn it off during the work out. After a work out, protein.
    2. Eating within an hour of waking up helps you burn 20% calories though-out the day. Fact. It's tough, I don't always like to eat so soon after waking up either but there's reason it's called the most important meal of the day.
    3. You don't want to go to the gym on a completely empty stomach and if you get a good work out in, you will be hungry afterwords. I always try to get protein in either before or after my work outs. Helps build muscle and it's pure energy that just goes right though your body. A bonus for having a light meal after a work out is your body's metabolism is raised after working out
You should eat when you're hungry. If you just ate and feel hungry, drink a glass of water instead. Sometimes hunger pains are actually your body trying to tell you "I'm thirsty!!"
I had an issue with binge eating too. Occasionally, say once a month still do. Counting calories has seriously helped curb my binging because it put in perspective what my body needed vs what I wanted. There's some great calorie counting sites out there that can help if you don't mind the measuring and such.
