For the last week and a half I have been taking 'Grenades' to aid me in my weight loss. Alongside these I have also been taking my contraceptive pill (Microgynon 30).
Can anyone tell me if the amount of Caffeine, Green Tea or other ingredients included within Grenades could affect my pill? The reason I ask is that I have taken the Microgynon every day at the same time and am a week and a half into the 3 week packet but came on my period on Saturday and am a little confused as to why! Could it be the Grenades?
Before someone mentions for me to read the packet/leaflet, I have done, but it doesn't mention anything about periods or pills!
