    It's freeezing where i live so i can't do much running. I dont belong to a gym so i was wondering what i can do it home. I weigh 89 pounds right now and i really need to get to 85. Please don't lecture me about health i honestly do not care i just want a little help. What kind of exercise can i do to lose the weight? I'm 5 feet tall and willing to do anything. thankss

    Jumping rope is really good for cardio. You could also get an exercise video, or run in place. There are tons of exercises you can do in your living room - lunges, squats, crunches, leg lifts, or lift light weights.

    I bought "workout for you body type" at Target last year and it's great. You can do a preprogrammed workout or you can go thru and choose which workout moves you want to do. Just pick the moves you want and it will play them in the order you pick them.
