Don't get to fixated on calories, carbs and protein, so long as you eat a healthy balanced diet the you will be O.K. It sounds like you're taking your fitness seriously so have you thought about joining a school sports club or a local athletics club. If you're that dedicated then it might be worth seeing what you could achieve on the track?
