    I'm using a clipboard during my exercises to make sure I stay on track. I'm 14.
    Things I'm including:
    -exercise routines/options that I have
    -time sheets to record how long I exercised
    -food sheets to count calories, carbs, and sugars
    -pictures of a body I would like
    -rules I make for myself
    and what else?

    There is nothing wrong with monitoring your progress, in fact, it can give you a real psychological boost just seeing how far you have come. Don't get to fixated on calories, carbs and protein, so long as you eat a healthy balanced diet the you will be O.K. It sounds like you're taking your fitness seriously so have you thought about joining a school sports club or a local athletics club. If you're that dedicated then it might be worth seeing what you could achieve on the track?
