2007-05-26 17:06:20hi, i need to lose weight fast but i need to keep it off, i try every diet and nothing works, so i've given up on those stupid fad diets and i'm asking normal people for help lol so if you could give me any tips on how to lose weight quite quickly but keeping it off i would appreciate it very much! :) at the moment i'm quite chubby and i am pregnant so i don't want to over do it, i'm 5ft 8 inches tall and i'm just under 10 stone :S so i'd rather be atleast half that weight right now, but also in the future i want to lose at least 1.5 stone maybe 2 depends on what's healthiest, if you could help me i would be very greatful! *huggles* thank you :)

2007-05-26 17:18:10if your are pregnant you should not worry about loosing weight you need to gain a healthy 40-50 pounds and after that just always walk with your baby walk its good for baby and will help you shed a few pounds at the same time
me i have had two kids and gained about 75 with the first and 60 with my second and had a very hard time loosing the weight with the second i walked and ran and just keep myself on the move.

2007-05-26 17:14:02A bit of insentive can go a long way. Find something healthy and organic that you can eat or substitute for meals, but don't overdue the excersise, just some jogging and sit ups, maybe weights. If you excersise too much then you would have to eat more to stay healthy. Base your daily diet on a 1500 calorie a day program and eat balanced and minimized portions.
As for the insentive- a nice LITTLE chocolate bar every 10 pounds
And my father once went on a "cave man diet" you eat nuts and berries. And you get rid of most of the food in your home that would tempt you. You just eat nuts and berries one day. Meats and berries the next. And nuts and breads the next. You'll have a ton of energy and it will feel great. Also drink water and eat granola and yogurt for breakfast DAILY. It's your exception.

- eat fruit as snacks
- don't eat past 8 o'clock at night
- avoid saturated fatty foods
