    *This is for people who have actually LOST weight drinking water*
    I keep hearing that drinking water helps you lose weight. I start to drink lots of it then get tired after a week when I don't see immediate results.
    Can you REALLY lose weight drinking lots of water?

    Good hydration has always helped me, and I'm very slim with a good appetite.
    But don't stop there. The longer you go without food, the faster you will put on the pounds when you resume eating.
    Some diets, like fasting, are good for short-term use only.
    The best thing is to incorporate plenty of water into a balanced diet, and you'll do better than just the diet alone.

    water alone won't make you loose weight but, it'll help if you are exercising and dieting. It makes you feel more full so you don't eat as much. It will keep you hydrated and functional while working out. It will help flush out toxins from burning fat stores, and it will burn a few calories if you drink it cold (your body has to expend energy to warm it up) But, if you aren't already doing anything to loose weight it probably won't do much at all except make you go to the bathroom..... a lot.

    Well water actually helps suppress your appetite often your stomach rumbles when it need water as well as when your hungry, keep it up it gets easier as time goes by and you get used to it.

    Drinking lots of water does help because sometimes when you feel hungry and drink a glass of water, the hunger goes away. Drink a large glass of water before your meal and you won't eat as much because the water takes up space in your stomach and you feel full faster. Water is a natural diuretic and most of us don't drink enough of it. But you can't just drink a lot of water and keep eating all the fattening foods and expect to lose weight either. Eat a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water and watch the pounds drop off.

    Yes, but pls put some milk in it with banana, sugar and eff and then shake after slight simmer, also pls add some oats grain and slices of apple, can add orange and mango . pls try one month, you will feel better .

    yes this is true, i drink alot of water and in one month i lost 20 lbs. with alot of dancing and moving. water for breakfest. lunch and dinner. just all the time no soda or juices.
