2008-10-09 21:48:14i am sure people have done this but it can only lead to other health problems. I would try eating a well balanced diet. Try to eat in small portions and avoid medications as much as possible.

2008-10-09 21:50:30well its funny that you ask because i am going to start taking hydoxycut tomorrow.. the key to weight loss supplements isn't just taking them and not forgetting, you do have to exercise because while they do speed up your metabolism and what not, they mainly aid in additional body fat percentage burned from what I understand.. well other than that I can not tell you much more because I am not too sure about anything else but If you would like I can try to keep you posted on how it works for me.

2008-10-09 21:56:05Not really. Green tea is safe and will help you burn more energy, but that is only if your going to eat well. Chitosan, for me at least, does seem to block a lot of fat in food. But you have to take it 30 minutes before you eat with a lot of water. So that can be annoying. It can also prevent medications from being absorbed.
Basically the hype on diet pills is just hype. They lie and claim it will do something, when it doesn't. Trimspa claims it will help you lose weight, but if you read the fine print it will help you lose maybe an extra 1 to 3 pounds in 6 months. So that's a lot of money wasted and it was the workouts and diet that caused you to lose the weight anyway. Plus what they claim is in the pill, often isn't. Or it is in such small amounts it is worthless. I personally take the Green tea. I get mine from Puritans pride, because they run deals where you get free bottles. I also use the Chitosan, but not all of the time.
The best way to lose weight.
1. Do cardo workouts on an empty stomach.
2. When your hungry, eat something better for you (Easier said then done).
3. Don't eat large meals a few hours before bedtime.
4. Get plenty of sleep!
It's annoying, but look at it like this. If you start dieting right now, then in several months you will feel better about yourself. Those several months are going to go by anyway right? And if you make a mistake, don't say "I will restart my diet tomorrow", because it will always be put off. It is okay to mess up, just try again. And when you feel like eating, EAT! You have to eat to lose weight, but your body doesn't care if it is some Soy beans, or if it is Friend Chicken. You will feel full in 20 to 30 minutes no matter what you eat.
