2008-09-17 12:39:02I used to be about 150lbs (and 5/5). in october of 2007 i stoped eating as much and continued to excersise, i got to be obsessive, having to eat less, and excersise more each day. in march i was 109lbs and still 5/5. i was underweight and i started doing protein shakes with ensure, ice cream and exct. in them. i gained about 9 pounds (and at my ideal weight) and people have told me i look alot better.. that ive got color and i dont look dead, or like a skeleton. im pretty pround of myself because now i can eat foods that i like again like pnutbutter and pasta, instead of half and apple and maybe a peice of toast or turkey. i lost my period during all of this and i started getting really pail and had bad places that were discolored on myback and arms.. they've gone away and my color has come back nicely. i've continued to eat right and im not sad about food anymore... but i was wondering if anyone had gone through wat i had and when you got your period back... my doctor said 2-3 months in july (the eighth) and since its now september im anticipating it this month or next. i was also wondering if there was any possible way to induce mensies... even though that sounds weird and theres probley not.
my family ask me if ive got it yet, and i feel like ive let them down all over. i just was hoping someone could help, so please respond seriously. thank you for your time and answers!

2008-09-17 13:13:35Keep eating when you're hungry, like a normal person does. Your period will come back real soon. I see this all the time. Please, do not revert to your old ways EVER. I'm very proud of you, doing this on your own. Here's a big star for you!!!! Lynn :)
