2008-05-07 20:20:37Ok so I need to lose weight fast. NO ****!! I have asked this question before, and have tried alot of things and have gotten the same bla bla bla answers. I have 3 months. High school is very pressuring and I dont wanna go to school fat. I can do whatever whenever you need to lose it. Please help me. I don't want it cant be done. I'm 5Ǝ 215 pounds. I need 20 off the stomach 7 off each leg and two off each but cheek(haha) Pleae help me, and thanks.

2008-05-07 20:42:02Well...not to sound skeptical but how hard did you try before. A lot of people say "I've tried everything"....but they only tried it for a week. Most people want to lose weight fast and EASY...and its not easy.
I suggest the Atkins diet (though others will disagree with me). Research it. Meals you can use on it....
--- Salad w/ chopped chicken in it or fish on the side(you can add things like sunflower seeds, olives etc too!)
---- Soups made with Chicken and beef broth
---- Frozen veggies stir-fry (through frozen veggies and chicken/steak etc in a pan...wah la dinner)
---Lettuce wraps (Put some lunch meat, cheese, mayo in lettuce wrap it up and eat it like a sandwich)
I know being a kid its tough to do a "diet" because parents are buying the food. But try offering to cook, and talk to your parents about not buying any soda or junk food. That way even if you WANT it you can't have it.
Also, exercise.
--- Try walking or bike riding for starters. Cardio workouts (you can get DVDs, like hip hop dance etc that are fun...and useful later haha)
--- And simple PE exercise. Crunches, Push-ups, Leg lifts etc.
The Cardio will help melt away the fat, and the other exercises will help sculpt...also the muscle will actually burn off fat when your not even exercising....so the more you have the more fat gets burned.
Good luck....but don't forget. Its hard, and you won't see results over night. Give it at least a month. I've lost 14 lbs in 3 weeks doing this.

2008-05-07 20:26:14Is all ways good to exercised. However, I also use a special unique style of exercise selection, combination, and sequencing.I found a good site that really helped. It may help you.Good luck to you

2. Run a few miles every day.
3. Swim every day.
