    Hello, I'm 13 years old, and I want to lose weight! Does anybody know some good food for breakfast, dinner, and lunch that will help with weight loss? I don't really want a link to a website unless it is really good. Also, I don't really cook that much, so if it takes more than like 30 minutes to cook, I'm not interested ^_^.

    well what i do is do a lot of sports and eat a lot of fruits you should the same like eat apples orange and i keep my body in a pretty good shape

    Don't eat stuff with trans fat. This includes twinkies, swiss rolls, and most junk food types. Also, hydrogenated oils are real bad.

    Find a website with "negative calorie foods" these are food that when eaten raw take more calories to consume than you get from the food. These can not be eaten as your only intake throughout the day but make good snacks. And go for a bike ride with friends, staying active is good.
