    Hello. Im about 300 pounds. im 5Ɖ and 16. Im not here for people to be mean, I get enough of that. So I will flag you if you are. Anyways... Im currently home for summer break so have access to a full kitchen but when im in school I have to buy healthy school food (HA, not happening) Pack, and I MAY if im lucky have access to a microwave. So i need ideas for lunch, what to eat...I am SO picky though! and Dont like alot of stuff. I was thinking while i am home to grill chicken everyday....but with what? And ideas for school? what to pack for lunch? and ideas for breakfast that dont take too long...I hate cereals and everything though. i do like eggs.. anyways, i need breakfast and lunch ideas. that arent to hard, and im picky..and how much and what should i do for working out? I have a gym membership.

    You should look for foods high in fiber, because
    1 - they fill you up in a healthy way
    2 - it helps your body digest easier and faster,
    Also drink a lot of water, because, if consumed daily, and in large amounts, it will literally help "wash away" waste in your body.
    If you have trouble sticking to this, do what helped me lose 15 pounds. Eat everything you usually do, but in SMALLER amounts. I'm not talking about pea size servings, but take only 1 waffle instead of 2, and don't have seconds for dinner. Small things like that accumulate and really make a difference in the long run.

    Im probably more picky than u haha, Chicken fish and turkey are good, with a pre made spring mix salad and yogurt, Eggs are good for breakfast maybe put some tomatoes or salsa for flavor, And for the gym 10-15min cardio then its important that u dont be silly lie those people who do tread or elliptical for an hour or two cus as soon as u stop so does your body in burning cals and fat, after http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkD9LwDBWW0 or tread or elliptical go to the machines or free weights and
    (hit every part of your body one day and just cardio the next with 12-15 reps 3 sets per exercise 1min rest max between each set and exercise) or
    (split it up and do maybe upper body one day and lower the next) then after pushing yourself ur body will still be burning cals after u stop working out and this will really speed up the fat loss process, dont worry about getting swole or nothin cus your usin free weights just do light weight with each exercise and to find some good ones i get most of mine from scott herman on Utube
