I've had my german shephard/chow mix dog for 7 years, since she was a puppy. The past 2 years she has been gaining weight. It's partly because of the extreme heat/cold weating in Texas since we moved from California she has been putting on some lbs.
She was on Evo for about 3 years and recently started to have lots of accidents, which I attributed to her food. So I put her on Holistic Select from Whole Foods and she has way more energy! Problem is they are out of it a lot! So I'm making white rice and sandwich sliced chicken for her. Except I'm a vegetarian and can't stand the smell of meat or handling it. I can't keep doing it, so any other healthy raw diet types of dog food I could try?

What is extreme heat/cold weating?
White rice and sandwich chicken is a very poor diet for your dog. It's not nutritionally complete and if the chicken is from the deli, you're overloading her system with salt.
If your dog is having lots of accidents, would you not consider that she might be sick? Perhaps with a UTI? She needs veterinary care! Have her thyroid tested as well.
She needs to be back on a premium dog food, preferably grain free (no carbs). Feed her the amount recommended on the bag for what she should weigh. Take her for more walks or exercise such as swimming.

The typical deli sliced chicken is unbelievably high in sodium, so beware. Many feed stores carry Holistic Select -- I would stick with that rather than trying to make her a balanced diet on your own.
