    me and my other half want to loose weight, what are the best foods/meals to eat to losse weight with very little or no exersise, i tought living off homemade soups and veggies would do the trick, but do you have any suggestions?

    Personally, I am a vegetarian which REALLY helped me lose the weight. My best friends boyfriend also was a vegetarian for two weeks to lose some weight. :)
