    I am pretty overweight and ive never been proud of it. I just need a food schedulue that i can follow that consists of basic items around the house and is easy to follow.
    Etc
    Ceral in morning
    Cheese sandwhich for lunch
    Another sandwhich for dinner
    Plz. i beg of you help god bless.

    i eat whatever i want and im not fat so mayby you got something genetically wrong with your body i ate kfc everyday for lunch and dinner for 3 months didn't even gain 1 pound

    Just coz he's fat and your not doesn't mean there's something genetically wrong with him, maybe there's something genetically wrong with you, why dnt you gain any weight???

    Rules:
    No canned or microwave food
    No eating out or ordering in.
    No bread or pasta or potatos
    Breakfast:
    Slimfast / sugarfree kellogs / muesli / weetabix cereal .
    NOTE:
    The bowl is only allowed to be as big as your hands cupped together. Pick the one you like most (just remember muesli is the worst, though tastiest. Try all of them at least once. Weetabix/slim fast are the best)
    Lunch:
    Sandwich with HOMEMADE TUNA (Tuna with a squirt of low fat mayo, salt and pepper.)
    Sandwich with CHICKEN SLICES
    NOTE:
    No fattening dressings or ketchup. Try to keep butter minimal, on one side. Best if you can add some lettuce or tomato - if you want though.
    USE BROWN BREAD. One that says 'grain' on the label is best.
    2 sandwiches permitted
    Dinner:
    If you can't cook / too lazy, repeat lunch.
    If you want to cook, anything with chicken breast or FISH is great.
    Boil or fry some vegetables,... broccolli, peas, pumpkin (is sweet and healthy), spinach... find ones YOU like.
    Drinks: AVOID JUICE they are packed with sugar.
