2012-02-03 01:39:59 +0000So I have been working out for a while now and I'm finally starting to see results..however I have a question...I'm about 210 lbs now..I want to be at somewhere close to 160lbs by mid to late June..is this possible? I am a 16 yr old 5Ƌ male and I workout most days(today I didn't cause I have a terrible cold,but of course I slightly passed my calorie limit today) for about 25-30 minutes. I eat fast food 2-3 times a week usually but I always plan ahead to make sure I dont pass my calorie limit. So my basic question is this..of I keep up my calorie income now(anywhere between 1500-2000 a day usually) can I be in shape by preferably late May but more realistically June/july

i think you can do it, but even if you stay within your calories range, try and cut back on the fast food.
where your calories come from matters: 500 calories of fast food is not the same as 500 calories of fruits, veggies and whole grains.
i think you should work out 4-5 times a week at least to quicken your results.
your goal is very much attainable, and you set yourself up on the right track by not waiting till April to start
