    Im age 15 16 in sept , 5Ƈ.5ft, & 166.5lb Im wondering how many calories would I need to take in to lose atleast 2lbs a wk. Also I would be exercising 1hr a day burning around 600 calories. It would really help if someone could tell me because I want/need to get healthy.

    Try to aim for about 1200 calories of healthy nutritious meals, and stick with your exercise plan. You can do it.

    Swimming
    Step Aerobics
    Rowing
    Rock Climbing
    Walking
    Handball

    thumbs up for exercising
    as for calories wise, dont pull out a calculator and counting, trust me, it gets discouraging and annoying
    just eat healthy
    like pick up an apple when you are hungry
    drink water
    no fast food
    no fattie food
    stay a healthy diet =)
    then you will be losing about 2lbs a week
    and mix up your cardio workout a little ya know
