    I need to lose 40 pounds.
    I am fairly big,
    so I do lose weight very quickly.
    Usually the first 40-45 pounds will come off as easy as the first,
    then it will get harder.
    I need help from anyone who's lost a good amount of weight before.
    I need help on eating tips,
    motivation,
    exercise,
    etc.
    I dont love to exercise, so minimal would be nice.
    and I'm good with not eating at all,
    but I know that only makes me gain more.
    So cutting back on eating is not so much the problem.
    Its mainly exercise and motivation.
    I tend to quit after a week or so.
    any tips or help would be great!

    i had great success using a patch 32 #s in 4 months and have not gained it back. i have 40 more to go. the patch burns FAT and maintains muscle. cuts cravings for sweets and carbs. i eat the same foods i am active so i didn't add any exercise put if i did i would be better off. i would lose weight faster and it would be healthier for me. my mom 82 years old has lost 5#s in 2weeks and she can`t walk ( knee operation )
