Hi,
I'm Brianna.
I'm 5ƍ'' and I need to lose 20 pounds.
I'm currently 135 pounds.
So far this is my work out:
100 leg lifts.
100 squats.
50 push ups
150 sit ups.
It would be amazing if I could lose weight by the end of january.
I do the work out once a day, every day.
What should my eating habits be?
I'm planning on cutting soda, most chocolate (I thought a truffle every few days was fine), and meats that are like salami and pepperoni.
Can anyone modify this so I can lose about 20 pounds in a month?
I'll do anything that will help.
I just don't want to be like anerexic or bulimic

2008-12-28 12:50:22Well, you don't need to lose THAT much weight considering your height or you may look a little sickly... But it seems like you got the idea. Eating lots of fruits (it takes more calories to burn them than how much they actually are) and veggies will do you just fine. Try eating fish at least twice a week, eat lean meats, and protein. Also try going for a 30 minute walk/run 4-5 times a week!

dont eat anything after 6pm...
