I have love handles, my arms are chubby, i have back fat that is really unattractive, my thighs are huge, my stomach isnt flat, and I am just over all disgusted with the way my body looks. I try to lose weight but I get so discouraged becasue it takes so long to see a differance. does any one have any tips of motivation they use to stay fit? thank you.

Once I got into the habit of eating healthier, it was simple to stick to the routine. I also love working out though, so it wasn't tough for me. I did have trouble at first, and i started to go on runs with my bf which helped motivaate me and, putting up a picture of my goal, in my room really helped me to stay motivated. I suggest setting a very specific and realistic goal and ask a friend or family member to help you stay on track. :)

WORK IT GIRL! Go jogging, sit ups, push ups! They tell you it works because it DOES work. Eat slower! You'll be amazed how much less food you'll want. I lost 13 lbs unintentionally with this!
If you can't get off junk food, save 20% of your daily calories and fat just for this. Just eat healthy, good quality organics.
Take friends jogging with you, and tell you mom to help you by buying healthy foods. Whole wheat and lots of fruits and veggies! Make fruit smoothies for breakfast every morning ^^ Only takes a minute!
You here about all these amazing weight loss stories. So why can't you be one of them? Think about it. There's nothing bad. It's just hard. But the harder the challenge the greater the reward. You CAN do this. And everyone will be talking about how hard you worked and how fabulous you look. Fight for it! Nothing good comes without hard work! ^-^
Good luck! I know you can do this!

I suggest 25 minutes of cardio every other day. I also recommend eating 5 to 6 smaller meals a day. There are a ton of benefits such as distribution of protein, feeling full throughout the day and a better control over calories. I go into more depth here

Sorry to tell you this but it took you 17 years to put on the weight and it isnt going to just go away. It was your fault but now you can make a change for the better. I'm 19, and my starting weight was 258 pounds. I'm ending my fourth week and am now 240. What I did was for the first three weeks I ate no more then 2000 calories, and on my fourth week I decided 2000 was to much and cut it down to no more then 1800 calories a day. I walked 20 minutes everyday (expect three days because of cramps.) There is no reason to start with a killer work out, because you will just burn yourself off and give up. Give this a try, I hope it works for you like it has for me. I'm so happy and I will keep doing it. Good luck!
