i am 15 years old and fairly tall. i wish to loose weight. i am 85kgs and are asking for those that respond to provide me with some safe, productive and result providing suggestions that could assist me in acheiving my goal of loosing around 15 kgs.
I am a swimmer but still i want to be able to step into a shop or the gates of school and not feel as if i have to hide myself.

I agree with Zen, he pretty much summed it up and gave u a very good idea, i really liked how he presented it. so i wont repeat wtever he said.
the only thing i wana add is ur still growing up so u have to make sure that ur diet inculdes the most essential nutrients eg vitamins (in the salad n in fruits), milk or cheese or yoghurt for the calcium, fish and seafood (very beneficial) etc etc.
If u couldnt do this alone, dont be shy to go to a nutritionist to help u out figure ur best method to loose weight an yet stay healthy.

Take Xenical exactly as directed on the label, or as it was prescribed for you. Xenical is only part of a complete program of treatment that also includes diet, exercise, and weight control. Your daily intake of fat, protein, and carbohydrates should be evenly divided over all of your daily meals.
Follow your diet, medication, and exercise routines very closely. Take this medicine with a full glass of water. Follow your doctor's instructions about the type of multi-vitamin or mineral supplement to use. Take the supplement at least 2 hours before or after you take Xenical. Store Xenical at room temperature away from moisture and heat. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Keep track of how many pills have been used from each new bottle of this medicine.
Xenical is a drug that may be misused as a weight-loss aid, and you should be aware if any person in the household is using this medicine improperly or without a prescription.

As of may 2007, I was 6 ft, 210 pounds and I excersized a lot.. and now i'm 185.. here is how:
I stopped excersizing, and I started to lose weight..
Then I stopped eating food except a small tiny bits every day, and I started dropping weight.. but then I started making myself throw up and I started losing lots of weight fast.. and now its been many months since then and i'm 185..
So there you have it, that was the technique I learned, and it worked great for me :)

The key is Diet, Diet, Diet, then exercise!
You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie
Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.

Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.
So Example :
Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
