okay so next summer i am going to see my friends and before when they knew me i was really fat but when i moved i lost some weight but now i am moving back and i want to lose some more weight I am 147 pounds and want to get around to 120 ... i have an elliptical but im not sure if it will help by make me get to 120 by next summer so i just want to know some of your stories of what you used to lose weight and also what your stories are of if you used an elliptical and how long it took you to lose the weight ect . . . btw i use my elliptical everyday for an hour

My girlfriend tried all sorts of different diets and products, most without success. Her friend let her try out a new Acai Berry product she was using and she now swears by it.

no meat!
meat is major fattening, have a vegetarian diet and u'll loose w8 fast unless ur born to always be that way :(

You haven't mentioned your diet. Diet is the key to losing weight. I lost 40 pounds by eating only tuna and drinking only water. I was doing cardio everyday. I love you forever.

I've never used any type of machine...I just do curl ups jogging andpushups.
the best motivation though is to buy a clothing item in the size you want to be then try it on every two weeks until you fit in it. :D

You have to reduce your calories and increase your activity. If you do an hour on your machine 4-5 times a week and eat clean healthy foods you can lose the weight. It is all about portion control. You don't have to give up the foods you love just watch your intake!!

Well I have lost 15 pounds so far in a month. Which I'm really super happy about...very exciting. So it's definitely possible for you to hit that 120 mark...you will hit a wall though most likely, because after losing weight your body has a tendency to want to stop you naturally...when that happens, you'd probably watn to double your work out time.
Anyway I have a wii fit which I use every morning for 30 minutes, after that I do an Aerobics video either Richard Simmons, Belly Dancing, or the Carmen Elektra videos. Then at night I do a 20 minute work out....DDR which burns around 350 calories....if you dont' know what DDR is it's basically dancing. I move extra when I do it since it's on the mat, I want to be as effective as possible.
I don't drink soda. I drink over 10 cups of water a day. I drink tea with splenda, the tea I drink is wuyi tea that I buy on ebay.
I don't eat dinner, if I'm hungry I drink tea and 2 things of sugar free jello which is 20 calories.
My lunches are usually closer to vegetarian lunches. I only eat 1 serving of carbs a day.
I probably eat meat once a week...sometimes twice, but usually not more then that. I eat lean meat, never red meat.
I take the following pills

Fish Oil
Calcium Supplments
Alli Pill
Fiber Pills
Multivitamins
They help you feel fuller and help you lose weight. I take them religiously everyday.
You might want to start thinking about taking supplments. They are all natural except for the Alli pill. The other pills are really cheap...the Alli pills are the most expensive.
