2008-08-28 19:04:31my boyfriend is having weight problems. he weigh 245 pounds.
he says that he wants to loose weight. he says he need my help.
He says that he don't eat alot and he be active a little.
But he says he dont loose any weight.
any ideas on some weight loss excercises and foods diets???
i think he looks at me and wish that he could be skinny like me.i weigh 120 pounds
but i always encourage him to just be happy with his self.im goign to love him no matter what he looks like.
also he is 245 pounds and 5"7 in height- if this helps any with the ideas.

2008-08-28 19:08:44Well his prob is he does not eat, and he does not work out. He should eat 5 small meals a day. Drink water, eat fruits and veggies, lean proteins like chicken/turkey. Salads, yogurt (only one serving) cut out all sugar and white flour. If he wants bread use whole grain or wheat. Walking is a good start since he's not active now. Then after awhile he can jog, and work out more then lift weights.

I can personally recommend weight loss hypnosis.
I've used the Rapid Weight Loss Binaural hypnosis program and found the weight literally dropped of me! In a month I lost 14 pounds just by listening to this program daily and what was really weird is I stopped craving sugary foods and started to want to eat healthily!
