I won't refrain from telling you that it will hurt you because you say to-- you asked the question and it's a stupid idea, and I will express my opinion as such.
You want to destroy your metabolism and normal working digestive system to lose 2 pounds? You go ahead. It's a moronic thing to do, and you will deserve what you get. You'll get sick, no matter that you "have control" whatever the hell that means, and you'll have indigestive problems for the rest of your life... not to mention the fact that your body will become reliant on that aid to burn the fat and metabolize food the way it normally does-- shortly put, you'll get fat easier.
But hey, it's Yahoo Answers, and you're just going to give this a thumbs down.

I'm guessing around 5 lbs. BUT I do have to tell you that it is extremely bad for you. You would be better off taking water pills(you can buy them at any drug store). That way, you can lose a few pounds in a week and it's safer. The only drawback with water pills though, is that you will have to pee a lot at first. But hey, it's wayy better than laxatives.
