I am eating around 1000 cal a day, swimming well 3 days a week
Drinking lot of water and never candy of soda
But
Stressed, low sleep, no breakfast ever, overly worried about weight (was calls a fat motherf--ker today. And people have called me a fatty with man boobs and a flap and Tities)
I don't want responses about loving myself or ignoring haters I strictly want plans that will help me lose weight
Aslo I am 160 PBS, 22 bmi, eat much less then I burn I suppose and still can't burn cal
I just want to look nicer for myself
