    How in the heck can i lose weight? I am like 133 and I want to be like 115. It's like everything I eat, it makes me gain weight. I try to eat healthy, and excerise so thats not the concern here. Diet pills aren't doing nothing for me but hurting my stomach. I am only 19 and I don't understand how some people can eat all the time and not gain weight, but I can look at food and put on the weight. I have cellulite in my butt cheeks and thighs. I drink water, and it holds and makes me gain weight also. HELP PLZ!

    People who eat a lot and do not gain weight, you'll find are usually very active but you may also take note not on just what they eat but when and how many times. If you want to lose weight, don't worry about what you are eating in the beginning just increase your activity or the intensity of your exercise routine. When exercise fails its time to adjust your diet.
    Take a look at the pros. Bodybuilders usually cut their weight for competition by doing more cardio in their workout routine. 40 minutes of cadio twice a week usually has the greatest fat burning and muscle toning effect. Then divide their daily caloric intake to 5 to 6 smaller portions to keep their metabolism in peak. Use a 2:1 grams protein to carb per pound of body weight per day divided by 5 or 6 smaller meals with virtually no bad fat. So that means if you're 133 you need to comsume 266 grams of protein to 133 grams of good carbs per day divided into 5 or six small meals.
    It would also help if you read a very good book about the Glycemic Index which explains a lot about how our body works in terms of food.
