2008-04-06 20:34:44I don't believe this...why can't diets be full proof?
My body ALWAYS adjusts to the calories I eat...if I eat 1500 my body will naturally provide less energy, which means I move less, which means my body will burn less. The only way to lose weight is to BURN THE FAT and not just the calories you eat. But metabolisms are always changing.
So what's the real key to weight loss. If I eat the same calories and exercise for example (which is the only way I have energy) I just get bulky, muscular and gain a lil fat too.

Eat a huge salad at lunch & dinner

The salad can contain anything you like as long as it is only vegetables and they are organic. The salad dressing should be organic olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, or organic vinegar. If you really want to speed the weight loss process use organic apple cider vinegar. Add some organic sea salt, fresh ground pepper, or some garlic for taste.
