My husband and I both tried to lose weight recently, it was kind of a contest that we accidentally started (long story) and (I swear) just like the commercial for slim quick he lost about fifteen pounds in about six weeks and I lost nine pounds in six weeks, but most of it was in my breasts (lol).
Anyway, I have read online that slim quick isn't "worth" the money you spend on it, but I already have it, my doctor gave me a prescription for it, and while I have found a bunch of stuff online about people saying it doesn't work as well as claimed, is it safe to use? I'm not that overweight, I am 25, 5ƍ" and weigh 160. It's basically all the baby weight that I didn't lose combined with the added weight since I've been in a wheelchair (accident a few months back when my husband and I were hit by a city bus in NY).
I have looked online for information about if it's dangerous or not, but have only found numerous reviews. I'm not asking for people to tell me I don't need it or if it doesn't work why am I trying it, etc. I just want to know if anyone has heard anything about it being unsafe.
