What are B-12 shots for? How do they help with weight loss? I'm thinking of going to the "fat doctor" I need to lose about 50 pounds after having a baby 3 months ago.

The B-12 shots are supposed to give you a boost of energy. I got them when I went to the weight doctor, but I don't really know if they worked or if it was the placebo effect.

I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. Ephedrine diet pills are really dangerous, stay away from them. However, I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

Don't do it...not worth it. I know where you're coming from. Three kids and tried it all. I gained over 50 lbs with each pregnancy. Honestly diet and exercise is the way to go. The last thing I did was Nutrisystem, exercise, Carbs Away Plus and Himalayan Goji Juice. Only used Nutrisystem for two moths. Too expensive. I can buy frozen meals like the South Beach or Lean Cuisine lines at Walmart. Same thing!Hope this help!
