    i am thinking of taking some sort of a weight loss pill but I dont want to buy some that arent going to work. So can any of you tell me some that you've tried... which ones work which ones dont

    I think? the 2 products what I buy at Costco': Weight Control with Hoodia and also Green Tea maybe help but probably because of water I drink along it.(with any diet..if u really r serious..drink drink drink water! I am serious when I say the 'best' is to get a 2 year old grandson to baby sit for one or two days...the best 'jump start'.With any diet, I find I can lose if i drink water,concentrate upon protein mainly.
    My newest secret recipe for lunch is: 2 slices of whole wheat,1tbs of peanut butter,preserve it fills me up(along with a salad with black beans).
    Breakfast: always 4 white egg omlette and a very sm. piece of flounder /salmon.
    dinner green salad/meaning romain lettuce cucumber peppers black beans tomatoes another slice of whole wheat with 1 tbs peanut butter and preserve.
    don't forget the 2 year old to babysit for/ and get out of the house/and try to be repetitious with the menues while in the 1st 2 weeks and WATER!

    excersice is your best bet. once you get in a routine your body will want that extra walk. i have tried alot of diet pills and still have not found a good one. i just ended up going to the ymca and getting a pass.just watch what you eat you dont have to change your diet to much just slow down on what you eat.

    Weight loss pills are not good for you. They can be very dangerous, and once you stop using them, you will gain all the weight back, and maybe even more.
    The best way to lose weight is to eat a healthy diet, full of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, dairy, and make sure to exercise at least 3-4 times a week.

    I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
    1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
    2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
    3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
    It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

    Diet pills do not work. In fact you will most likely gain back any weight lost. All diet pills really are is just caffeine with some sort of herbs in them. In the end if you take them way too much or way too many of them, you can damage your heart. Trust me, i know, I have 2 holes in my heart now and ended up in the er because of them.
    If you really want to lose weight, find a dietician. They are awesome at teaching you portions and helping you come up with a meal plan where you are able to eat yet lose weight as well.
    Diet pills are not magical things.
    and after I had my daughter last year. I tried anything and everything to lose the weight, I did lose and paid with my health and came close to dying.
    think about the dietican or maybe joining the gym or local y. May I also add that ever since having a dietican I lost and then they adjusted the meal plan to that I could maintain the weight. It just takes a lot of hard work and staying on track to the goal.
    Plus if you look up bmi online and enter in your height and weight it'll tell you whether you are overweight or not. You may not need to lose any weight at all.

    If you are planning to start and exercise program or a diet, you need to go see your doctor.
    Weight loss pills are very dangerous.
    Your doctor can tell you how many calories you should be eating and what types of exercise you should be doing.
    If you truly want to get healthy, then you need to make a true lifestyle change and not put pills in your system.
    Get active...three 30 mns. exercise sessions a week. Walking, running, heck, lift dumb bells while you are watching tv.
    Watch what you eat. Drink your water.
    Stay away from the pills!!!!!!!!!

    I don't know of any that work, but i woudn't advise you to use any, as most of them probably don't work anyway and also may have side affects, if you do want to lose weight you could just go on a bit of a diet or do some regular exercise, but if you are thinking of going on some weight loss pills maybe you should go see a docter for help.
