Kind of, but your still going to have to diet and exercise if you use them. They pretty much just stop your appetite and speed up your weight loss by just a little bit. I guess the biggest benefit is the loss in appetite, but a simple fiber drink like equate fiber therapy will do that job just as well and will also help you clean/purify your body while you drink it. I'm only talking about my experiences with hydrocxycut, though it seems to be the most popular weight loss pill so the other ones can't be too different.

I used to weigh 310 lbs, but through sit-ups, walking, and Stacker 2, I lost 110 lbs....but make sure with your Dr that your heart is in good shape.

no they don't work. They might work temporarily, but you will gain it all back, and maybe more, later. They can also have some serious health risks. You might look into "Alli". It's a new weight loss drug, approved by the FDA. I wouldn't suggest using drugs though just good old-fashioned healthy eating and plenty of exercise!

lossing weight isn't an overnight thing..perhaps u want to lost weight easily, don't u?...i have been through what u've had...well, it didn't work...it even made me binge for more...and i became bigger and bigger...i tried to cut my diet...i hardly ate rice and other favorite food...it was devastating cutting what ur used to...
but hey! don't give up...i am taking weight loss pills again this time...guess what, i lost weight in a week and i notice the constant lossing more...but it wasn't that easy..like taking pills and nothing..of course u have to do something..u have to sweat out...drink plenty of water...it's easier this time...and don't forget to visit john regularly...ok...

Regardless of whether they work or not, I'm sure they have millions - no, zillions - of side effects. So think twice before taking them.

No the only thing that works is sensible eating and some exercise.......
I tried every diet under the sun all the pill's shakes u name i have done it I found the only pounds i lost were from my pocket...
the best way I found now is to change your eating habits and try get some exercise I lost 3 st in a year slowly and have kept it off my weight is still going down some weeks but I seem to be staying at the same weight and i am happy with it...
what i done was buy a weight watchers recipie book and addapted some of the recipies so I didnt even have to pay weekly subs I started walking to the shops instead of driving etc

I have tried a lot of different ones. They all worked when I really, really watched what I ate and when I exercised. Oh wait, that was me doing all the work. :)
The new Alli pill is supposed to be good and it is FDA approved. I think the best way to lose weight is to eat a proper diet and get off our butts and start moving.
