I was just wondering if anyone has used any Weight loss pills that has shown some results. Like Alli, fahrenheit, etc.

Stay away from the weight loss pills. They don't work in the long run. Sure, you'll lose weight right away but, do you want to have to keep taking them the rest of your life? The best/only way to lose weight: eat fewer calories than you burn. Cut down portion sizes, restrict full fat foods to infrequently (if at all), and exercise. That is the way to be successful at weight loss.

Ever since ephedra was banned there really aren't any stand out weight loss pills. They all work pretty much the same way, suppress your appitite and give you more energy. Combine them with diet and exercise and you should see results.

i agree with ben, nothing touches ephedra. xience used to have a great one that i saw as much change with, but they changed the makeup and the "new improved" formula is worthless and more expensive! hydroxycut does work, hwoever, it is very mentally taxing and difficult to go off of it! i don't recommend it. lotsa water has been more efective than anything for myself!
