2007-08-09 04:27:43There is no such thing as a pill that makes you lose weight, but do not worry there are pills that reduces appetite and increases metabolism Slimquick is definitely in that criteria. The weight in your body will not budge because your stomache/thighs/butt are the last areas to lose weight, and lose are generally the area that burn the most weight. Your exercises habit must be supported by a healthy diet. there are delicious but healthy food out there. Try Lean Cuisine already prepared foods. Chicken and Fish also aid in a healthy diet. Buy foods according to the amount of calories. Try to stay away from any food that says 45 calories from fat or more. Pills are not always the answer usually, after once someone gets the results they wanted and stops using the pills, they gain the weight back again. That constant losing circle of losing and gaining will disrupt your body and set it out of homeostasis. so the best answer is when it comes to weight diet and exercise are best. There are no shortcuts, sorry.

2007-08-09 04:18:27not only are diet pills a waste of money, but they are actually counter-productive to your health! a lot of heart problems have been traced back to diet pills... there is a much easier way to lose ten pounds.
your body has changed because you gained muscle. it's tighter, and you have lost body mass, but because muscle weighs more than fat, your "weight" hasn't budged. this is why scales should be put in the closet, and never brought back out.
if you still feel you need to trim your body down more, start counting your calories (you should be eating about 2400-2600 considering your grueling workouts). watch the daily values on nutrtion labels, (%s of carbs, fat, sat. fat, etc), and do some strength training after cardio.
good luck, and get rid of that scale.
