    hello all you healthy people!
    i need your help. I am going on a vacation at the end of November and i have a goal of losing 30 pounds. i joined a gym and know i need to do a lot of cardio but i want advice on what i should be eating for breakfast, lunch and dinner to lose weight. also if you have any workout plans i should be doing to lose weight. any advice would beappreciatedd. thank you people!

    Eat like 5-6 small meals a day. Eat 200-300 calories each time, and then a larger dinner, but no more than 550 calories for dinner. It REALLY helps to count your calories. www.my-calorie-counter.com is an awesome site! It's free and there are also groups you can join and talk to real people about their experiences as well. You can count your calories eaten, as well as your calories burned. So that helps a lot!
    For breakfast, eat something small, like a bowl of healthy cereal with low-fat milk and a piece of fruit or a low-fat yogurt. Then eat a mid-morning snack, like a piece of fruit or those 100 calorie packs are great. Lunch, eat a salad or an egg sandwich on a weight watchers english muffin. You can be creative, as long as you keep your meal 300-350 calories. Eat another 100 calorie snack between lunch and dinner. And then eat a normal dinner, but stay healthy and watch portion sizes! Nothing after dinner. And drinks lots and lots of water throughout the day. NO junk food or soda.
    If you want to lose 30 pounds by the end of November, you dont have a lot of time, so that means no cheating! You need to work hard to get there. Good luck!
