Estimated calorie intake? I'd say somewhere between 1000-1200 calories.
Hmmm I can't give you a personalized plan really, I'm not a nutritionist. However, I suggest you remove all beverage calories from your diet, replace it with water. Water keeps you from feeling hungry, it clears your skin, and helps clean out your body naturally. At least 8-10 cups a day.
Replace snacks with fruits and vegetables. Small trick here: go for things that 'crunch' when you bite into them (apples, celery as opposed to bananas ) Umm and try to minimize your carbohydrate intake!
    Hope that helps a bit...

Concentrate on cardio and aerobic workout. Get your heart rate to 125% more than it is when you're resting and keep it there for 20 minutes or more. Do that 5 times a week.

you can have bacon & eggs for breakfast, juicy broiled hamburger & tuna salad with full-fat mayo for lunch, thick juicy steak and veggies with real butter for dinner, munch on high calorie macadamia nuts and pork rinds as a snack, eat as much as you want whenever you're hungry, never feel hunger pangs, never feel deprived, and still lose weight and keep it off.
It's Atkins........ and scientific studies have recently proved people lose more weight and stick with it way longer, while bringing down cholesterol than any other diet available. Read up on it on the web, or buy Dr. Atkins book, and give it a try. It's one diet you will absolutely love.
    (doesn't work if you're a vegetarian, though)

I would say eating 1500 calories a day and doing a small amount of exercise each day is a good plan to start losing weight. You should also be eating foods that are high in fiber, getting plenty of Fruits, vegetables, and eating a low fat diet. Also take your vitamins and fiber too if you want.
I just started a plan this week, if you want more info feel free to email me. I made a menu to follow. It includes 3 meals a day at 1100 calories and 3 snacks each day at 250-500 calories. It's a total of no more than 1500 calories a day.
I have dieted and lost weight in the past. I've never actually written the menu down though, but I think it will help me lose more weight to see it on paper.
