Ok so I am trying to lose weight( I started obese at about 220 pounds an now I'm down to about 200. And thankfully somehow I don't look nearly as fat as I should.16 yr old guy btw) anyway for a long time it seemed I wasn't loosing any weight. However since December the scales been dropping fairly steadily and now it says I've lost almost 20 pounds. However I see like no difference. Very few ppl h e asked if I've lost weight(in fact they only ask if I mention I'm working out/eating somewhat healthier) the only difference they seem to have noticed is my face seems thinner. Why am I not seeing any fat loss in my stomach? I did notice a couple days ago some of y shirts feel a lot loser around my neck but that's it. I'm starting to get very furious. I eat somewhere around 2000 calories a day. I haven't worked out in 6 days cause I've been sick but as soon as I post this I am going to workout. Any help would be appreciated so please answer!

If you're serious about weight loss, you really should concentrate on losing body fat. If you want to lose body fat fast, do the Fat X Program ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLgO-K4xQ… ). The workouts are great to boost your metabolism and help in burning off excess body fat. You'll lose unwanted weight (body fat), get fit and tone up pretty fast.
