2008-02-05 15:02:32im fourteen turning fifteen, and i know that people always ask "how do you lose weight fast and easy" BUT... im sick of hearing, eat heathly and exercise. I only want to lose 15 0r 20 pounds And i a long period of time like 2 months, i will eat healthy, and exercise, but i want a diet product that will help me acheive my goal, and so i wont gain all the weight back in a week!! please help!!

But if you want some advice here are couple of things I would suggest, adjust your diet to equal about 1200 calories a day for 30 days, that should help you reach you goal. One of the things you may considering introducing into your diet is Organic Green or White Tea instead of soda,drink it hot or cold with your meals. I suppose if you do meth the rest of your life you could keep the weight off, like the guy bellow me suggested. But then you'll have a load of other problems on your plate as well, all just to knock out the one. Is it really worth it?
Using a diet product or "pill", which I'm assuming your talking about, WILL make you gain all the weight back PLUS ten pounds, once you stop taking it. Not only is it not healthy, its a huge scam. Which simply says right there that's not the answer.
If you want to honestly lose weight, and are serious about it, the only right way to do it is to exercise regularly, and develop a healthy way of eating. The opposite of what you were doing before (aka the reason your overweight). Your simply reversing what caused you to be in the position you are now.
If you don't like to exercise that's fine. All it takes is walking. Preferably 45 minutes a day, or every other day. Go at your own pace. You will lose weight fast if you combine that with a healthy consumption of food. Not to mention, you will have more energy, stamina, better skin, and over all better well being. Your supposed to be active anyway. Do you think you were meant to do nothing but sit on the couch all day?
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. Water is a must for losing weight.
If you have to have the sweets, limit them to once a week. But don't splurge too early, or you can throw off your weight loss. People that have been eating healthy and exercising for a long time can virtually go a whole day eating junk and not gain a pound.
I recommend you stop eating 3 hours before you go to bed. That normally means around 6 or 7pm. This is so your body gets its chance to digest all its food, and not have the chance to turn it into fat cells while you sleep.
If you do these simple things you will lose weight fast, and never gain it back again.
