i am getting married and i need to loose alot of weight rather quickly. please don't tell me diet and excercise, i can figure out that much on my own.

The reason people are telling you to diet and exercise is b/c it's the only healthy way to lose weight. There's no miracle weight loss pill or else it would be more widely known.

First Fitness. You can loose up to 10 pounds in 10 days. My mom sells it and I know it works cause I see all her friends buying it. You get like this chocolate or vanilla shake, some pills, and like a list of what u can eat. You do loose the weight but you usually gain it back though. So this should be good for your weading.
