you know what you should do stick to the simpel stuff go out and run and do other stuff...try and eat less..dont get sucked into all those crap programs but if its a free trial go for it!

Diet programs of that nature don't work, and may be hazardous to your health. Also, beware the "free trial." The free trial usually doesn't last long enough to see results for any drug, and you're left paying for it to see if you can get it to work.
