Has anyone ever used the Curves or Physicians Weight Loss programs? I want to lose about 15 lbs. or so. I was just wondering what services are included in these programs do you buy the food from them, do they provide trainers, and about how much does it cost? Has anyone found these or any other programs effective? Thank you!
