2009-01-30 07:34:20Ok, so I have been working out for quite a while and I am barely seeing any results. I know why this is, its because I dont have enough protein in my diet and being vegetarian its quite a struggle. I also want to lose weight and get the lean toned body I'm 5ft 8 and 9st 9Ib obviously I need and want to lose weight I work out 4 times a week and eat healthily but no weight seems to be dropping off. I came across this fat loss protein shake today and my question is has anybody tried something like this before and does it work? cause I dont want to be trying it and it having the reverse effect and I end up gaining weight lol.

2009-01-30 07:38:19The best way to burn fat is to eat less and move more, the problems arise when we actually aim to put that into practice! There are loads of opportunities to fail in the real world don't you think?! The one thing that definitely worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials left, it has been highlighted in Reader's Digest and CNN. I shed 30 pounds, it definitely does produce success!

Meal 1 protein shake or oatmeal or bowl of healthy cereal with skim milk
Snack 2 yogurt, or piece fruit with string cheese
Meal 3 Fish and veggies
Snack 4 2oz of peanuts
Meal 5 Fish, salmon with veggies or protein shake
As for protein shakes I recommend Muscle Milk. I know you said your a vegetarian, but some vegetarians I know eat fish. Beans are also a good protein source. Get your diet in check and remember to lose weight take your weight and multiply it by 10 to get your calorie count. If you are not getting any results after two weeks I suggest to change your workout routine. Good luck and remember every great journey starts with one that first step.
