    I'm a fourteen year old girl with a small chest size.
    I weight 145 pounds. I'm a vegetarian.
    By June 2012, I would love to be 115-125 pounds and nice and toned.
    But, I want to keep my chest.
    To do this, I was thinking I boost my exercise and boost my foot intake.
    I'm thinking I eat the healthiest foods possible and eat about 3,000 calories a day. (Most of the calories will be fruit, veggies, grains and healthy alternatives)
    I will also workout 3-5X a week and attend Gym Classes at school.
    I want to be more toned, and lose belly weight.
    I know you can't spot reduce, but, is there any way I can lose it mostly in my belly?
    And... What type of exercises do you suggest?
    I'm looking for the most information and I will award a BEST ANSWER.

    The best possible way to get nice and toned is to eat nothing but fruit, veggies, and whole grains. Forget the "healthy alternatives" because those are most likely processed (which isn't healthy).
    The ONLY way to lose belly fat is to lose all of the other fat on your body FIRST. You CAN NOT pick and choose where to lose fat. That's the unfortunate part. You CAN start eating right and exercising. Eating fruits, veggies, and whole grains will help you lose weight fast and it's healthy too!
