    Since last week I've been doing the following: 3 days a week of 75 minutes of exercise and 4 days a week of 45 minutes of exercise and eating 1200 or so calories a day with alot of water as well. I'm hoping to lose 15 lbs by the end of this month and be at my goal of 25-30 lbs by the end of April which is my 20th bday. Will I? I'm 15 lbs overweight.

    Do an 1-2 hours of cardio everyday if u can atleast 6 days. Drink atleast a gallon of water and dont eat past 6pm, cut out carbs and sugar if possible and you can loose that and more. Cardio has to be intense though.

    i agree with the first guy, except you will not be able to power through serious cardio without carbs
    eat your carbs for breakfast/lunch not dinner
    and of course whole wheat, not white
