2012-02-02 04:42:57 +0000I'm aiming to lose at least 25 pounds this month, please give me any ideas as to what foods are good for burning fat ( such as celery , green tea etc. )
Also if you have a good excersize plan or each day ( ie. 50 pushups a day and 30 sit ups ) Im 16 so hopefully theyre not to unappettizing, thankyou to the people who answer with a sense of knowledge.

Stick with lean protein such as chicken, fish, lean beef, turkey, egg whites and a lot of green vegetables. This should be the main staple in your diet.
Workout wise, 3-4 times a week will suffice. 30 min free weights, 30 min intense cardio.

2012-02-02 04:46:12 +0000I know that AIDS can help you loose weight, and so can anorexia but thats more of a mental state, both really good weightloss ideas you could try, also eat burgers, chips, fries, bacon, deep fried products, choclates etc. Good luck.
