2012-02-22 01:20:15 +0000I'm 16 years old and a female I weigh somewhere between 213-220 :( yeah that's fat , but I have a long torso and waist so I don't look as much as I weigh and I gain most of my weight in my thighs and my butt and some in my stomach(its tight and doesn't hang) well I want to get down to 160 I want to be a toned but NOT too muscular like those body builder girls .. I want to lost my stomach fat, arm fat, leg fat, side rolls, back fat, neck fat and face fat so here's my questions .. :)
1. If I lift 10-30 pound weights for my arms twice a week will they get real muscular ? I don't want my muscules to pop out
2. What are some good exercises at the gym to lose stomach fat, some leg fat, back fat, side fat and chest fat ?
3. Will 30-60 mins 5 times a week of cardio help me burn body fat ?
4. Why are my calves already kinda toned now ? I only walk up hillss ..
5. Is 3 meals a day okay ? Healthy foods only .. ?
6. Will dancing with my wii help me lose weight also ?
7. Will my back ring my eyes, belly button and neck go away after I lose weight ?
I'm so ready to lose weight please answer all my questions :) thanks

2. Stomac fat-aerobic exercises and back and leg fat u can do thing like jumpin jacks and squats there is also an amazing product called fatgirl Slim treatment kit other exercises help the others listed
3.dont do it five times a week do it for 2 hours 3 times a week u don't want to over stres yourself
4. It's just genitecs but if u want ten more toned run stairs
5. YES keep eating 3 meals aday especially make sure you are eating a good breakfast that I the perfect amount I eat
6. Umm probably not much try wii fitness and instead of wii running or going to the gym would be better
7. Probably just hope for the best

2012-02-22 01:45:34 +00001 lifting weight wont do it ....try this,lay down like your gunna do push ups.don't..instead make your but go up..then slide up stomach down but don't let it touch the ground then do this 50 times a day and ur arm fat will be gone in a week or so
2 try laying down on your back and then get up touch your knees while your knees are still on the ground do this 50 times then 100 if you can handle it...for leg fat you can keep you hands a little below your chest then jump and make each knee touch your hand to make you waist thinner lay down on one arm and and ur legs like this = on top of eachother and just make your leg go up and down up and down and then switch sides
3cardio id good for your heart and yes it will help you lose fat,
4 yes it might be your walking or running up hills that is really good for your legs
5 3 meals a day,yes but make sure your breakfast isnt fatty and have a normal lunch and a very light dinner and yes healthy food only a simple burger or fries will ruin everything and make you not lose weight
6yes that is also helpful
7 and if you lose the weight the neck fat,back fat waist fat will go after you lose the weight.
and here are some extra tips for breakfast try scrambled eggs with no bread and not butter just the eggs and like cucumbers and tomatos..lunch anything you like that is fatless and dinner make it very very light and dont eat after 6! u can also sign up for a gym and ask the trainer about other food stuff and exercises you can do at home
