Ok. i need help losing weight in a 4 month period. i am a boy. age 11. i am kind of heavy i guess. im 5 foot 2. 130 pounds. and i want to lose 13 pounds before my next doctors checkup. please give me some weight loss tips and excersises i can do in my basement. i walk everyday, but that dosn't seem to help. if u can please help me, that would be great !!!!!!!!!!!!
