    my little brother is in football and in order to be able to carry the ball, he has to make weigh ins which are in two days, he is borderline but my dad and i are trying to get him to loose as much weight as he can before than without starving himself, or using up too much energy, (being the fact that he has practice for the next two nights) are there any fast, easy ways to loose like five pounds in two days?

    its a crash diet... the cottage cheese diet. eat nuthing but cottage cheese n water or diet. tht shud do it!

    eat all protein--beans are very filling (will also clean the bowels to rid extra waste)
    buy one of those plastic suits (at WalMart-like 7 bucks) that make you sweat. Those deplete your water, so if he does that the day of weigh in, he should make weight.
    Perhaps during practice drink the new low/no cal powerade/gatorades

    doing something fun that oyu enjoy such as dancing, gymnastics. hobbies.. something active that keeps you busy.

    DONT EAT JUNK BEFORE BED get him to eat more fruits and veggies as opposed to meats and canned foods. i also heard that broccoli burns fat!! cut his desserts down to maybe 2 or 3 squares off a hersheys chocolate bar rather than like o idk a peice of cake!

    Well I think it's totally about self-control:
    Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt
    Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)
    Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar
    Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
    Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios
    Some other tips:
    DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING
    I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)
    Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health
    And of course, do at least 50 abs per day
