Ask:Is my weight loss routine bad
2012-01-31 00:49:07 +0000Alright, I know my routine isn't bad, but should I push it more or not? I lift weights everyday. I isolate a different group everyday and do some spinning for a few minutes afterwards. My wourkouts are super intense and I leave everytime sweating and feeling that amazing but painful burning sensation in my muscles, my heart rate stays elevated, but when I get the spinning machine thing, I usually do about 10-15 minutes on that, 1 minute where Its super intense, to the point where I feel like I could fall over haha then 2 minutes on a lighter resistance. I'm trying to lose a little more weight and I'm not sure if I need to go a little bit further even though I don't feel that I can, or stop, and wait a while before I do my cardio? Thanks!

2012-01-31 00:50:46 +0000its actually pretty good--it may take a while though, but the londer it takes to lose weight the more chance you have at keeping the weight off =)
