Since you're asking about meal replacements, I've always like the Myoplex brand. You can pick up a box of 40 or 50 packets (for shakes) for about $75 - $100, at just about any GNC or Rite Aid. So it works out pretty cheap per each one. Then all you need is a blender and some milk.
I've tried all the different meal replacements out there (I'm not a big breakfast person, but I need nutrition in the morning). I think that Myoplex is the best tasting and best quality in the price range.
