I am looking into some weight loss shakes to help me lose weight faster. I know GNC has one called GNC Total lean shake. I have been losing weight, but I am not losing it as fast as I had anticipated. I am looking to lose 2-3lbs a week, and so far I am only losing 1 lb a week.

Does that shake really work? I'm trying to find something that works do you recommend it??

Nah, don't trust those things, it's all about market plays. I would just eat healthy and drink plenty of water and exercise alot more often to lose weight.

yes, it's a lot healthier! but theres no point in spending money on overpriced low calorie shakes. those are usually used as meal replacements.
everyday, i swap a meal with a 12oz 2% chocolate milk, and eat a healthy dinner ( not huge portion). and i lose 2-3 pounds a week!
