I've been working out since October of 2010. I used to weigh 236lbs (yikes!) but now I currently weigh 155lbs. It wasn't easy, I became a vegetarian, and run 4-7 miles a day. But now my body just won't burn off the fat, and I am so close to my goal weight of 130! Any ideas how to lose the extra pounds before I have prom and graduation in May?
Ten pounds a month, any ideas?

dang thats impressive. there is no magic solution. idk what your caloric intake is (1200 calories should be your minimum), but maybe try to reduce it if possible, then incorporate a lil bit of strength training into your routine.

Props to you on your weight loss...As an expert you have reached what is called a platue which is very normal... The best way to solve this problem is to actually take in more calories with protein and and gain about a pound. Next step is to bring your cardio down for a week, So instead of 4-7 miles, run 2 miles everyother day for ONLY a week and then continue back with your regimen . I don't want to get into the theory of it because it's complexed but gaining the pound and cutting back on cardio will reverse itself back into a higher Metabolism... Remember ONLY a week. that's the key!
    email for any other questions.
    Good Luck.
